The newest one was called Enterprise and was cancelled after 3 or 4 years. It wasn't really that good compared to the others.

Last year. The only other one it could possibly be is Deep Space Nine. It took place on a space station most of the time. I liked that one, but some people didn't.

I don't like DS9, either. I mean, it's not Star Trek, it's Star Sitting. And Enterprise really wasn't that good, yeah. Just . . . not.

I dunno. Star Trek had way too many sexual connotations for me. I couldn't care less if Dr. Crusher wishes she were gay.

Okay, don't know where you got that one. That's why I didn't watch Enterprise, though. Way too much of that. And I don't think you're right on that, Erick, seeing as she liked both her husband, who was dead, and Cap't Picard.

I was actually referring to the TNG episode 97: The Host, wherein, "Dr. Crusher falls in love with a Trill Ambassador. However, her feelings are tested when she learns the true nature of the Trills' symbiotic existence. " (www.tv.com) Essentially, her male lover turns into a girl, and then she says she feels uncomfortable about loving her, but wishes that someday everyone would be able to love anyone freely. The entire episode was written in response to gay fans questions about sexual orientation in a utopian future. Read moreFor more info on homosexuality within the Star Trek shows and books, click HERE
