Yeah, I had hoped it would be really good. Ah, well. At least real cookie dough doesn't fail me.

Short version: Jill and I found a recipe for a "healthy" cookie dough-like dip. It has chickpeas in it. I made it, and it's worth eating, but it's not wonderful.

Yeah, anything that throws "healthy" in front of, I begin to seriously wonder about the taste quality. My experience has usually been less than satisfying.

some healthy foods are quite tasty, i have to admit. quite a few of them. you just make them tasty with seasonings rather than with butter or oils. but, cookie dough, though the idea of makling it healthy is intrigung, sounds like it would be better left alone

It depends on your definition of healthy. Some people think carbs are unhealthy, but I don't, and they're delicious. Amounts are important too. Ham, eggs, and hashbrowns are healthy, just not if you eat it all the time.

It's actually been in the 70s the past couple of days. Which is a good thing--We're getting in Christmas trees at work, and while we were unloading/tagging them, it started raining. And it rained harder. And I got soaking wet. So I'm glad it was warm that day.
