What can a PC do that a Mac can't? I'll grant you that PC's have more programs written for them (*cough including viruses cough*).

A PC can play more games then a Mac. And the reason there are more viruses on PCs isn't necessarily because it's a weaker system. It's a numbers game. More people use PCs, so virus writers are going to write more for them then for a Mac.

Melinda has a point And it's not just a numbers game, though that's probably part of it. I think Apple is really on top of keeping their security up to date.

They all are, really. Linux doesn't have to worry about it so much, because it's open source, meaning anyone can mess with it. Windows is releasing updates all the time, as are the security companies. Apple, beats me.
