nope, no job in the works. just more applications, followed by more applications.
i've decided that i am being disqualified from finding a job because all of the applications ask something like "if hired, how long would you stay with the company" and i can only ever answer 0-6 months, because i know that i'll be going back up to school in that amount of time, so no one wants to hire me. i wish i could opt out of that question

0-6 months? I think they're probably looking just for the max/expected length, not the minimum too. Plenty of people get jobs that last less than 6 months. Most of those jobs are gotten in the summer, but that means there's less competition now. Theoretically.

True. You may at least be able to get a seasonal job sometime soon. We've already seen Halloween stuff up in stores!

Really? I don't think we've gotten halloween stuff at Wal-Mart yet, we're still dealing with Back to School/Back to College

to kelli- it was multiple choice, and that was the answer that best fit. the next choice was 6-12 months. otherwise, i would have put in an exact number of months.
to jason and brandon- i haven't seen any halloween stuff yet either. its just back to school stuff everywhere.

My mom found the Halloween stuff at the dollar store. Still plenty of back-to-school stuff here.
