Today after Institute, Jill and I had to go ask my brother to help us figure out how to turn on our car's headlights so we could drive home. My car is quirky.

I would hope so. Kinda bad if you can't. Awe, man, I wanna play dodgeball. I love that game. So much fun. Can't throw worth anything, but I can dodge a fair bit, sometimes. Either way, it's fun.

Simple. Two teams, several balls. Throw the balls at the other team and try to hit them. If you hit someone, then that person is out. There are several other rules that can be added or removed. One, if a ball is thrown at you and you catch it, then you stay in and the thrower is out. Another is, rather than being completely out for the game, a person who gets out can go behind the other team and throw any balls that end up by him/her at the opposing team. With this, you can make it that if he/she hits someone, then he/she can go back into the game on his/her team's side. Makes the game last longer, though that rule is also optional.

And those are all the rules that are being used, actually, with a minor exception. Once you are in jail, which is located directly behind the other team, if you manage to hit someone with a ball, they are out. It leads to a type of strategy where one purposefully goes to jail, so that they may attack the opposing team. Works way too well, in my opinion.

so then the person who you hit also gets out, but you dont get in

That's one way. The other adaptation of that rule is that the thrower gets in and the other guy gets out on a hit.

Well, technically only the thrower is still out, the person who just got hit just got out, but yeah, same diff.
