Oh, yes you did. Remember some of the time we spent over at 238 towards the end of the semester, after Finals? That was some free time, and some fun time.

OK - FINE. Up until college, I hadn't had it. And I hadn't had a Saturday to myself in those four years of high school. Even in the summer, I was working at Scout Camp.

Heh heh. Yeah, high school tends to be when free time makes it exit. In college, you learn how to make your own free time.

I don't know; I think I had more free time in high school than in college.

Well, I guess it does depend. You're farther into college than I am, so your work load tends to be heavier. I'm only partway in, so my load isn't quite so brutal. It's almost easier than high school. Having only 5 classes rather than 6 is nice, and maybe public school is a little easier than home school. I wouldn't know, seeing as I've done public school my whole life.

You had 5 classes? I had 7. But then, Physics and Physics Lab were pretty much the same class, and Art Seminar was nothing. I guess that for me it's just that homework seems to expand to fill all avaliable space. [Kelli adds: Homework is a gas.]

I'd have to agree. Homework should be classified as a gas. New element on the periodic table.

Yeoch. That's nasty. Yeah, we only had 6 classes that counted. SSR (Sustained Silent Reading) didn't do anything for our GPA or whatnot, so I don't count it as a class.

We had a block schedule at our school. On one day, we had 4 classes, on the other day, we had a different 4 classes. We also had a seminar (study time) class.

Oo, fun. There's a school here who does something similar. They do block, while everyone else does what I consider to be regular.

I would guess so. Means you can get more done in your high school career.

indeed it does. also means more fun classes that i could take. ifwe didnt have 8 classes, i would never have been able to fit in say graphics nor choir for example. just think. easy a classes, and all casue you had a couple more classes to go to. if you only had 6 classes, how did that work. did you go to all 6 in one day, or what?
